About the process:
First, the image of the painting is captured on a specially adapted 4x5 digital camera that records incredible detail and colors.
Then the captured image is edited on a computer in order to match the original painting.
A proof is created and approved, and the final product is reproduced on an eight color Epson digital press which sprays millions of drops of ink onto the fine German etching paper.
